Any one tried acupuncture for treating insomnia, an idea popes up, and i yelp it, i found some people are very satisfied, they have better sleep. I am thinking of going to acupuncturist for few treatments just to see if i benefit from it. It might be a waist of money, but i care about my health more than money.
i have heard it helps with many ailments, including insomnia.
