Yes, it’s uncovered, I have bipolar not Sza - the psychosis picked up again and I can see it clearly this time.

Yes, it went on for many years, hard to recognize the moods thinking back. Thought it wasn’t mood related, but I see I didn’t understand my moods. Grandiose delusions, so many others that pointed to Sza
You are totally welcome to stay with bipolar. Anyone who has experienced psychosis os welcome here.

I would have an open and honest discussion with your doctor on this.
Honestly there are few differences between bipolar with psychotic features and SZA
