I don’t know what to say about you
It’s hard to forget the torture you put me through
See we both now are in the wrong
And wonder how long this fight will go on
You call it ‘the final annihilation’
I call it ‘my everyday frustration’
With your belligerent sounds
there is no common ground
All you do is mess around
day in and day out
Tell me what is it all about?
Who will win? None
So when will we begin
to walk equally in the light of day?
Hell, we could even go our separate ways
There’s brighter things out there for sure, I can say
So, when will we start a new day?

Don’t walk behind me, I may not lead
Don’t walk in front of me, I may not follow
Just walk beside me and be my friend
I always thought it was a beautiful little piece of prose.
