My waking life
Has become stressful
A nightmare some would say
When I am having a bad day, sleep is my go to solution. It’s a good reset when you are low.
I like sleep too. Especially since I dream a lot. There is always something interesting going on. I also sleep 12 hours a night. I need it to reset and keep my symptoms low.
Sleep is kind of funny when you never are awake thoughts get mixed with dreams it is easy to make mistakes I tried many ways to wake up or at least feel alive something about the medication has hurt me deep inside I blame it on the illness but sedation is not a thing it only wants to build the thoughts that other people bring
Somebody said … when we sleep we are dead, when we wake up we are reborn and when we live during the day we are alive. Maybe this makes some sense.
