Nobody can handle what society calls a normal life. Humans never evolved to work nine hours a day, then come home and do tasks until they were worn out without ever asking for outside help. We are social creatures and the only way we have survived so long is by having a community mindset. It isn’t a coincidence that so many people have depression and anxiety nowadays. We’ve been cut off from our support network of strong friendships and told we must be self-sufficient.
