A joke caused by language misunderstanding

It was 1994, 20 years ago and I was asked by Berlitz International to give some Finnish lessons to some Rotary Club people in Atlanta. When I taught Finnish I also asked what people did. Everybody told what they did and one person said he was a truck dealer. I misunderstood this and I thought that this man said he was ‘a drug dealer’ and I started laughing aloud. The words ‘truck’ and ‘drug’ sounded so similar. Only after few moments I understood my misunderstanding and told that I had misunderstood. Any way this made me laugh later. Sometimes people whose native language is different can misunderstand, especially when the language is spoken. There may be many other humoristic situations like this.
