Just because someone has a physical head doesn’t mean he/she is thinking.
Also, just because someone is silent doesn’t mean he/she is not thinking.

I think about that a lot. Its pretty ■■■■■■■ crazy that people are continuously thinking from dawn until dusk. Something that came naturally to me until the onset of this illness. It’s all about activity, it fills the mind with good things. I however am very picky and unmotivated to find things to do. Most of the time I’m just dwelling on the experience of my illness. Dread voices and thoughts of telepathy.
