I use Blender, you can make pretty photorealistic stuff with it if you want.
I would have no idea where to start. I’ll leave that to you. You have some talent for it. I’ll make music instead.

Well there’s lots of tutorials on youtube on Blender if you decide to get into it some time. 
It’s not really hard to make simple stuff, like for example modeling a cup. Then you can get more complex as you learn.
