2026 COLA for SSDI projected to be 2.5%

It’s way too early to tell for sure, it could go as low as 2.1% but probably 2.5% is the highest it will go.

That’s ridiculous. Tariffs guarantee at least 10% inflation in your country this year.

All I know is they take the inflation rate for July, August and September and that’s what they base the number on.

I know it’s ridiculous, grocery prices keep going up, you can spend easily $75 at the grocery store and come out with only 3/4 of a bag full of groceries. And I’ve heard gas is probably higher in your country but the cheapest gas around is $4.29 a gallon. IDK how much the tariffs are affecting us already.

Straight BS… do you guys know whats supposed to happen in2030? I thought i read somewhere they might cut social security when its no longer affordable?

My husband and I are in dire straits financially. The increases are killing us. We make just over the amount that receives assistance but yet we really need it. My poor husband is so stressed out. He’s still unable to work. I can only handle part time. We’re both disabled

In about 2030, Social Security might run out of funds to pay people their benefits.

Oh no. That’s not good. And I’ve never heard of the 2030 thing either. Scary

our can of folger’s columbian coffee went up eight dollars to 19 dollars a can.
