I woke up at 11:30 and havent been able to fall back asleep. Its 3:14 am now. I’m going to be psychotic today. :frowning:

What medication you on
I always sleep well because I’m on clozapine

I take 500mg clozapine. I also take lithium 600mg. Still not sleeping tonight.

It’s either 14 hours or 3 hours. I just can’t figure out the middle :zzz:

saaame. But i fell asleep at around lunch time today and just woke up. Hope i fix my sleep schedule this week.
