The main thing I do, is exercise.
And I have started, and will continue, to fight for public transport in my city to work
according to schedule.
If I get one day to add something to it, that would be wonderful.

That’s good. You exercise a lot which is good for stopping weight gain. Remember to get your bloods done regular too.
