i used it once before psychosis started it is the worst tasting thing ever but its effects were strong i was pretty high from it i had to go lay down tho because my stomache was hurting
I take Vistaril for anxiety. It doesn’t help as much as Xanax (not even close actually) but it does help a little. I take 25mg to 50mg when I get paranoid/anxious.

Continuous use of Kratom would result in you developing a tolerance and then of course you would experience withdrawals (similar to opiate withdrawals) once your usage ceased.
Frequent use of Kratom at high doses can lead to some very undesirable effects, including psychosis. Therefore I do not think it would be a good idea for anyone with a psychotic illness, or even solely anxiety, to use Kratom.
There are other drugs out there that are definitely more suitable for anxiety.
