Extracampine hallucinations ruining my life

Extracampine hallucinations are “6th sense” hallucinations. I don’t see anything, I simply “sense” that something is there.

Seroquel made it much worse. Abilify keeps it somewhat manageable.

However, my primary focus of attention seems to be these hallucinations or perceptions.

I seem to treat the real world as a 2nd class citizen.

Does anyone else suffer from this?

Any advice on how to deal with them?

I don’t anymore. In the past when I heard voices, If I ever sat and just listened to my voices the presence would get strong. I’d say I don’t really suffer from that. It used to scare me a little though. I’d say don’t focus on it or the voices. Or at least don’t focus and sit listening to voices intently.
