Yes, I often hallucinate a certain smell that I think is from the devil when I am acutely psychotic. It is a really horrible smell. I also get hypersensitive to smells that are really there and then attach weird delusional meaning to it. For example I get really sensitive to the smell of household cleaning agents in the ward and then think someone is trying to poison us. I cant stand anything “unnatural” during psychosis.
