I was on 10mg …Doges lowered to 5mg…now again is upped to10mg …i see its not working…!!!

I am seeing my new pdoc this month…If abilify is available i will switch to it…!!!
zolpiem is not effectively working against my insomnia…
I fear insomnia cuz it was the only thing that gave me psychosis …!!
i need extra sleeping aide that for sure …
I will notify u guys if i am changing my meds…!!!

I take zolpidem i am sleeping on it. Plus i take one 25 mg truxal. When i was in hospital they gave me 200mg truxal with some kind of antidepresant then chaged to zolpidem an lowered truxal so i can sleep

10 mg i take and sleep 8 hours
