Hi Everybody, hope you’re all having a good evening. Had Chicken sausages, boiled potatoes and salsa sauce this evening for dinner which is low calorie sort of, hope you all have something nice too. Found this article but must admit I just scrolled down to the conclusion rather than reading it as I probably would have seriously zoned out if I attempted it.

Like coming out of the other end of keto it’s well worthwhile looking at. Diet and exercise have changed the game for me and it was getting specific about it.

Lots of things going on in our world but you can’t lose in my opinion going lo- carb…just need to keep up the fibre and honestly. 20 years on the same meds and it was specifically diet that changed my life.

I do shite everyday that I wasn’t doing. Better positives. I’m down to lowest clinical doses of my meds and negatives are so much better and that includes things like anxiety and stuff like impulse control and forward planning and such…

Like it’s all pretty new but honestly. Lo carb and gut biome you won’t lose.

Yeah hearing that. It’s not for everyone and if you’ve other medical issues it’s understandable.
