I think I’ve made this thread before but need a refresher. With cleaning The cats kitty litter and ended up barfing up my pills. What do I do now? Five or 10 minutes had passed since I took them and I could clearly taste it on the 
. I’m thinking I don’t take them again? Right? I think I’ll survive!, on it not getting fully absorbed
I’ve heard it’s always better to do double than to skip a dose! (of course that’s in situations where people feel like they forgot.)
Then again… not much can happen in a day especially if you keep the cause of the irregularities in mind.

Were there any controlled medications in there? Was your naltrexone one of them? I just wonder because some pharmacies are very strict about filling those kind of pills early. If it was me I’d probably wait a while for my stomach to settle, then take them again. I suppose the pharmacy wouldn’t have a problem filling a controlled medication just one day early, if necessary.

That’d be the problem right there. You should always eat before you toke. That’s just good policy
