We do stretches and exercises along with meditation

Where is that held at? I was thinking about offering some yoga as I have a bit if experience and training.

I was reading that yoga is suppose to increase GABA.

It is done in a community room in the local health centre. Is a mindfulness course looking at meditation and movement.
