Conjuring a pipe out of thin air is a very complicated charm for a beginner. If you were interested in transfiguring something - a banana, for example - into a pipe, you may have more luck. A straightforward “Accio Gandalf’s pipe!” would get you the thing itself, but with the caveat that he’s not likely to let it go without a fight.
