Yeah, but is it effective?

We all know about dissociation but my question is, is it an effective way to deal with things? Maybe it’s a good idea?

Not really it’s forced upon us by the universe.

I still think I can find a way to implement my disassociation in a helpful way for my stress and anxiety. Maybe to fix, or interact differently with my internal really dreadful negative dialogue. To be able to safely and responsibly ‘dip out’ on purpose? Something.

This might be a years-long daydream though. :blush:

I used to have derealization. Pure torture.
