Ya might as well work

The first time I was hospitalized ('69), the talk among the patients was that the reason we were there was due to having to work. But then, someone noted that there was a millionaire who was also hospitalized. So there went that theory. This was before SSI existed so it was either work, stay with family, mooch off of friends, or apply for “30 year plan” living in the hospital.
Having worked off and on, off now, I find that I get my fill of idle time. It’s time to reach out and find some kind of work that I can do. It will be more difficult because I’m on oxygen but I’m hoping this old dog is up to a new trick. :slightly_smiling_face::heartpulse:
