have been there many times before. you’re in the same dimension. i find it helps to ground by finding and focusing on familiar things if you’re able! best wishes

Push your feet into the floor and feel your muscles tighten and feel the force of gravity. This will help ground you.

I try stuff like that but it doesnt help much when i get this bad off with it. When its more mild it helps tremendously

One of my theories is that we have dimensional sickness

But I have a few theories

Probably not helpful to say that

Used to happen to me all the time. Turned out to be sleep apnea. Lack of oxygen during sleep was messing with my brain.

I also felt panicky and like my brain was swollen or something.

Oh the psychotic memories this brings back. Lucky for me, they’re just writing inspo nowadays.

What makes you think you’re in the wrong dimension? I don’t see how it relates to the physical symptoms you’re experiencing.

I jsut dont feel right i dont know how to explain it

While I can’t say that I have dimensional science figured out, your probably in the same dimension as you fell asleep in. Maybe it’s like ninjastar said, sleep apnea, maybe new meds side effect, perhaps even someone ( like your partner) just moved stuff around when you slept. That can sometimes disorient me.

What do you think it could be other than dimensional travel?
