Yes, I am desperately trying to right now holistically, along with my meds.

I can live with voices here and there, I can’t be productive with anxiety negative symptoms.

I am on top of things now, managing beautifully and able to converse with people normally which makes me happy.

but when the going gets rough I feel the pain all over again.

that’s just me.
