At this point I’d date just about anyone.
It’s all about how they treat you
There has to be some physical attraction or I feel like any sort of affection I give is just going to end up platonic and I’m going to be uninterested.
I feel i can fall for someone. With similar interest. And overlook type. Something to bond over. I once knew a couple who bonded over Disney collection pins. They were a nice couple.
Sometimes it’s hard to know if they’re ur type from a date profile until u meet irl
I would date someone different from me. Just as long as we got along and had the same values. And as long as they didn’t support or vote for a certain dickhead.
You know the old saying, “opposites attract.”
I don’t really have a type to be honest. I’m not a believer in there’s that special person out there for you. I believe there’s countless matches and finding the right one takes some trial and error. Saying that…I don’t mind someone who is different from me. Makes things much more interesting but it can be a lot of work…It really would be nice to have the relationship without the work
If they’re a good person, I’d give them a chance if I weren’t married
If I dated I would look at their values and character, because looks are so far down the list of things I find attractive.
I don’t know what “my type” is, but I would be willing to give a lot for a woman I can communicate satisfactorily with. Most of the time they do all the talking, and I’m going hmmm … "
I didn’t consider my partner my type, he was in the process of completing a PHD (but didn’t complete it ) and I just didn’t feel as smart… but it worked out.
