I thought she owned the property?

Well yes she owns the one we live , and 1/3 of the one down the road , not the other house opposite. It was dad’s name but it’s not fully paid off

Ah so it is like an investment rather :unamused:

I only care to have a good normal life. I never cared more. I have my cat, a nice apartment. I dont even have kids, what am i gonna do with investments and properties and such. If i save money, i travel the world and spend all of it.

Normal is good. Stress free normal
Sounds like heaven. Sadly no one listens to me

I do not understand :no_mouth: Maybe i will change as i grow older. I would love to have my own big business for example. I actually have been dreaming about having a small resort of my own. The idea is so appealing

Big money blew up a house and drove property values down in one neighborhood. It was big oil money, because they had a pipeline underneath. At least that’s what NPR said today.

Cablamo!

I would love to have millions! I would gladly give out what I could, and then to know I don’t have debt anymore would be amazing! I’d love to pay my bills without worry.
I don’t like fancy/expensive things, even if I had money.
It’s the satisfaction of helping others and the lack of stress over cost of living that I would love.
It wouldn’t make people around me sick. I wouldn’t let it.

Meh. I don’t feel I deserve compensation for having SZ. if anything, I’m grateful to not have been cursed with something worse. I’m happy with what I’m able to earn for myself.

a fulfilling day is having what u need. As long as I have my vape juice I’m happy. Food, my dog, cat and roof over my head. I own a small business, but it’s just me and I earn under the ā€œsubstantial gain full employmentā€ guideline. I like my job it’s not for the money. It’s the stress free lifestyle I need to survive as a sz. I’m lucky I’m not on disibility…yet. Sometimes I wish I was!

Money doesn’t bring happiness because the disease sticks with you regardless whether you are rich are not. I’m lucky enough to be in a family that are very comfortable but I have schizophrenia and my mum has Rhumatoid Arthiritus. People who say money brings happiness are naive, money brings happiness in your life if everything else is right, however no amount of money can sort bad health and loneliness. You can go private health care but then again can private health really sort the deep rooted problems in some health conditions including schizophrenia ? And you can never pay someone to be your friend. True happiness comes from having love and health, money is just a bonus if you like.

Look at it as importance. Love, Health and Money. The importance of love, health and money aren’t split up equally into thirds…love and health are more important than money, and they are both equally as important as each other. So say Love is 40%, Health is 40% and Money is only 20%. If your lucky enough to have all three then great. But what if you can only choose two ? What two do you choose ? Would you sacrifice either health or love (which is 40%) for money (which is only 20%) ? I think most people if they thought about it hard would choose health or love over money.
