HI

anyone relate to changes in facial expressions when unwell?

I feel like I’m lazy with my physical side becoming a frump or a hunched over tense, worried, face frowning shoulders rounded usually tense but sometimes over relaxed

I never noticed a change in my facial expressions while unwell. But if you feel you’re becoming unwell don’t be afraid to get help.

I can’t say I have experienced this. My facial expression is either neutral or happy even when I feel unwell. If I am in physical pain, it may be reflected in my face but not if I feel lazy.
