A simple todo list helps me such as seriously writing down simple things like
have breakfast
Brush teeth
Take rubbish out
Get dressed
Do something activity I can do
Eat lunch etc and tick off after you have done it.
Be super kind to yourself.
Take sleeping tablets if you can’t sleep because sleep is so important.
I almost had relapse a few times but managed to stay good by doing this.
Tell someone you trust.
