You guys, I’m feeling so nervous about this pregnancy.
I’m gonna stay in good spirits…
But idk, I don’t even feel pregnant.
Also, SO nervous to go into labor again.
Both are very normal feelings. Just try to refocus your thoughts when they’re fear based or negative.
Like if you’re afraid of a painful labor, imagine something positive. Even if it’s totally unrelated to your fears, that’s ok. It’s a way to distract yourself.
Overtime, as you start getting used to the idea you can start daydreaming about a quick labor with an epidural or something.
Just try not to dwell on your fears.
Good advice @LoveHiking
Thanks…
I need some advice-
How do we go about telling our son (my step son) he’s gonna be a older brother again…?
I’m lost haha
I am getting sooo impatient about my first ultrasound…
I still have a week and 5 days to wait.. sheesh..
You could wait to tell your stepson about your pregnancy and surprise him with the ultrasound picture you will get next week.
Yeah, @Vinegar
We’re gonna wait to tell the kids until I’m at least 12 weeks along…
That’s a good plan. Sometimes kids, especially little ones, don’t understand until they see mommy’s belly getting big and they can feel the baby kicking when they put their hands on mommy’s belly.
Yeah, I’m a bit concerned too on how to explain it to my 3 year old…
They don’t need a big explanation at 3. Just have fun and enjoy this special time in you and your family’s lives.
