Good for you, @Vertigo. I always drink my coffee without sugar and I’m not even diabetic. I adore sugar. That’s why I avoid it.

Just milk, I use a lot of milk. I just use instant coffee now and pour a small bit of boiling water in and then fill up the cup with milk.

For a long time I’ve used sweetener but recently went back to sugar. Not good

Coffee and tea with two teaspoons of sugar. Tea is black. Coffee milk.
