No. I don’t use Reddit.
Isolation can be a bit of a â– â– â– â– â– .
I am not totally isolated because I see my parents, however. recently I have been trying to cut down on contact with them, as I don’t want to be a burden on them being my only people who I socialise with
I think that Reddit sub-forum sounds like it’s work a try if there are 140k people in the same position as you.

My only human contact, that is not paid to interact with me, is my partner. Everyone else is paid to spend time with me and each of them have a one hour time limit.

Man, you can’t be friend with alters cos when they appear you are not aware
Man you don’t have DID there’s a lot more to it that you don’t get. I care about my alters and we struggle and get through things together even if we’re mainly pen pals
