With how big dosages of meds you've started your therapy?

I strongly believe I’m free of side effects now, because of really small dosages I’ve started with.
For example 1mg of risperidone and miniscule dosages of venlafaxine.
And then they titrated dosages very slowly to the therapeutic levels. (It was 6mg of risperidone and 300mg of venlafaxine)

Can anybody confirm this for me?

I have started with small dosage but now i have side effects, and btw now I’m on almost highest dose of my AP
