Do you think that respect the 2 hours window to take medication is important?
Do you try to take medication always at the same hour of the day?

Yes I take 2 hours before sleep.
Moving to Medications.
Some medications have a short half life so it’s important to take them at the same time each day to prevent “withdrawal” I’m on Geodon that has a super short half life and must be taken twice a day at the same time 12 hours apart
Plus with 500 calories. Geodon is such a pain but nothing else helps my mood.
I usually take mine at about 7 pm same time everyday part of my daily routine.
I’m on tri-monthly injections.
But when I was taking pills I was pretty much taking them at the same time each day.
Do they have injections in your country ? That’s a viable option if you’re having trouble keeping track of your medication intake.
