If you have deficiencies the doctor would know through blood tests.
Let your family doctor decide.
@Wave Phil says young adult/kids have the best immunity in their lifetime, but I always gave my kids greens vitamins. do you agree.
especially I didn’t like Any of that OTC stuff, seemed like poison, so I pushed probiotics, orange juice, and vitamins.

I don’t think certain vitamins would hurt but your family doctor should be involved.
