Will power and stopping nicotine addiction

I have been without smoking tobacco since August, which is great, I have also stopped using other nicotine products, it does take some will power to do this.

I don’t have that willpower, so use ecigs. But I quite enjoy ecigs now and don’t want to quit them.

I did stop cigarettes once before using willpower, but started again when I was first hospitalised. I know I couldn’t do that again now.

It get easier the longer you are off the stuff. I have quitted more than eight years ago. Cigarettes don’t bother me anymore. Sometimes I would dream that I am smoking then I wake up very angry at myself because I have “smoked”.

I would say that my nicotine cravings are worst in mornings when I wake up. But after some time, these cravings go away.

I started smoking years ago when I had some relations with tobacco smokers, today I have no relations like that, which may help me more in the process of stopping all nicotine habits.

Oh I remember those cravings. When you wake up in the morning, after you ate, when you had coffee or having a drink. But it is all worth it. After a few months your taste for things are better, you can smell things again and even colours seem brighter. Hang in there…

I went disorganized last time I quit the patch. I still smoke one every morning too.

Oh well I do cardio to offset it

Really impressive! you should buy some good Cylon Tea to reward yourself.

Thumbs up for you indeed!
