the machine resets your brain somehow so you don’t have PTSD repetive intrusive thoughts of trauma, etc…it also cures agoraphobia and anxiety. My wife declined until she could read up on it…I want to do it…I am going to call them tomorrow…might ask your pdoc about it.

I did EMDR. Greatly improved my symptoms of social anxiety. But I improve with the auditory way, not visual.

EMDR helped me a ton, I also use bilateral stimulation when I’m upset/anxious, it really works. Butterfly tapping and there’s also bilateral music you can find

Good for PTSD. Has no value for SZ.

@jukebox I might be doing EMDR tomorrow with vibrating paddles… I did regular EMDR once and I almost got lost in the past… scary but it should help
