Why oranges are better than apples

I prefer grapefruit but it is a contraindication with my medication.

Apple seeds in the core contain cyanide in them. I don’t think there’s any poison in the oranges.

You would need to finely chew and eat about 200 apple seeds, or about 40 apple cores, to receive a fatal dose. The Agency for Toxic Substances & Disease Registry (ATSDR) says that exposure to even small amounts of cyanide can be dangerous . Cyanide can harm the heart and brain, and even lead to coma and death.

Oranges doesen’t mix with my zyprexa. I get disoriented and woozy. It makes a little sense though since grapefruit is contraindicated, which also is a citrus fruit.

So apples for me!
