Gcar is on 6mg risperdal and he’s a Dr. There are others too.

i only had negative symptoms extremeley bad early on, now i got delusions. thats it.

Maybe the delusions are caused by high dopamine and negative symptoms are caused by low dopamine?

But why sometimes you say you cant do stuff like showering, working bcz of sz? Isn’t that negative symptoms?

ya which I have. it’s hard to work when i’m depressed, paranoid, stupid, and slow. I also get extremely depressed and self conscious because I smell bad, and have yellow teeth now.

i also dont like or enjoy working really at all. call be stubborn or arrogant/elitist.

Yes. But I think it is not absolute dopamine levels, but an imbalance between glutamate and dopamine. Maybe acetylcholine too in addition to glutamate.
