True. We’re all different. I’m a vegan but I wouldn’t recommend it for everyone because it would be too difficult for most and some people need more meat or fish. Also depends on what’s available in area and sometimes blood type as well and genetics etc. And people are essentially omnivorous.
I was just reading a book citing research that shows that NO diets work and actually lead to weight gain long term. If it tells you what foods you can and can’t eat and how much of something you can eat, avoid it basically.
Fun fact the keto or ketogenic diet is a diet from the 1920s to help with epilepsy. In my mind fad diets are created to make food manufacturers extra money.
