I believe it could help in some ways in a controlled setting but I never used it in a controlled setting!!!

Even when I used ayahuasca and smoked dmt it wasn’t under a shaman
I brewed it myself
The reason I used psychedelics in the first place was self medication
But had a bad trip which was the worst!!!
Dangerous stuff. I would never go back to psychadelics. Only made me worse.
