I flex my swimming between 3 and 5 days a week

Not going over the top with it but I feel better and after an early morning swim it wakes me up more than falling out of bed into work

i know. but why go to the “gym”… you can go to swimming pool or the lake to learn to swim. you can also try cutting wood.
