Why is my heart rate always high? how do i lower it?

How do lower heart rate my heart rate is 108, im taking Multivitamin . Coenzyme Q10 (Co Q10), Fiber, Omega-3 fatty acids, Magnesium, L-Carnitine, Green tea, Garlic and i excercise But my heart rate still high why, im 250lbs? Any suggestions.

Probably from the weight. Any exertion raises it and being overweight raises it.

Are you over weight for your height? That can cause a high heart rate.

Ask your doctor about a beta blocker. Im on one and it lowers your heart rate.

Aren’t you taking a pre workout supplement?
That will do it

Yea im doctor says im in the red i need to lose weight or i will have trouble in the future, i was 265 two months ago now im 250.

yea but once a day before i workout.

That could be why your heart rate is higher.
Testosterone supplements could also be the culprit.

It could be weight related too.

I am on a low carb diet but I will occasionally have some baked chips or air popped popcorn with olive oil and some salt.
I can’t deprive myself off of snacks completely.
