When I was in the hospital I was given meds for twice a day and now my home meds I newly got say once a day? Is someone messing with me?

Query it with your doctor. But it’s possible they gave you extra in hospital to stabilise you. And now that you’re stable you’re on just a maintenance dose?
But also they could have been giving you something extra in hospital like a benzo.
