Because a significant portion of the planet hasn’t been able to even have a first shot yet and they can’t have developed countries hosing up ALL of the vax. If you’re double-vaxxed you’ve got excellent protection in case of infection, unlikely you’ll get ill much, if at all. Only those with really serious health issues need worry. They’ll likely make boosters widely available as the need increases. Just be grateful you’re not African right now.

Because vaccine is in short supply, so those who took the first two shots six months ago can take it again due to covid antibody being low but people who took less than six months ago need to wait
