You absolutely can, you just consistently refuse to and make up excuses that perhaps fool you, but no one else.
You have two choices:
- Get proper treatment and regain some quality of life.
- Continue refusing treatment and living in hell, with the increasing risk that the longer you refuse treatment, the more likely you become untreatable and permanently trapped in the nightmare in your head.
How do YOU want to spend the rest of your life?

Roxanna, @shutterbug has a good point.You are likely to never get rid of these problems without help from the pdoc. Your meds are obviously not working. Are you holding out til you go see your pdoc? You should probably just go to the hospital. They can adjust your meds quicker there and get you stable. Isn’t that what you want?
