Any type of music makes me irritable. I have been avoiding listening to music.

I also want to know. Is it the meds? when i was on ginseng i got irritated by anything but ginseng is a stimulant

What happens when you listen to music.

Music saves me from my having to think. I cant even do YouTube anymore. The content makes me not care.

Music is my salvation. It lifts me out of bad places and keeps me functioning when I would normally crash.

in my hypothesis, I think maybe the low dose of the med to treat positive symptoms, insomnia and stimulants

Maybe your just irritated in general? Then music would also be irritating

I am thinking its my sz as on low dose meds or off meds I am much more irritable even without music. But I don’t want to increase my meds as it will make my negative symptoms worse.
