I am not able to remember my issues, is it for the better or worse?
Do you guys remember your issues like delusions and hallucinations that was a week old?
Or is it a part of recovery with meds?

Interesting question. Related but not exactly what your asking. Is that i was concerned that i suffer when i am off meds but that when i take them everything seems to disappear and im fine. It was sort of alarming but. I realised that my personal insanity is indeed organic in nature.
But i think its okay. My memory of the content and nature goes away with meds and that is a normal process to feeling well.

I think I remember now its was some what related to a post I did long time ago regards to,
Is forgetting insult a boon or curse.
Because I keep forgetting what matters to progress, because I believe failure is a stepping stone, when I forget the failure, I fail to take the step.
One good thing is with meds I am slower that a tortoise directed to finish.
