Driving was always too stressful for me. Playing .my piano for someone is too stressful for me. Speaking Spanish is stressful to me. Just about everything but sleeping is stressful.
It is normal to experience stress when stressful things are happening. A little stress is okay and something even regular people experience.
Ask yourself, what stress am I feeling, and is it temporary. If you know that, then you can treat it in an effective way.
Learning how to calm yourself down, is key. Releasing the little stress quickly, will keep it from building up and then feeling loss of control. You are a strong person. You know yourself. Breath deep. And it will be better.
