My rheumatologist recommended I try the Whole 30 diet. Anyone try it?
My sister did the Whole 30 thing and has mixed reviews.
She said it was a very difficult diet to follow,
But she did start to feel better in a couple weeks.
Yeah, I’ve been reading about it and I’m not sure I could do it. Without beans or dairy, I just don’t see how I’ll get enough protein since I’m not really a big fan of most meat. It kind of makes me nauseated if I eat much of it.
Just looked at it. For me I would lose weight on it but when I couldn’t take it anymore I’d end up gaining it back plus
Yeah, I’d be worried I wouldn’t get enough calories. Like, it’s sort of similar to how I’m eating now and I’m already struggling to get enough calories in a day. Cut out dairy and legumes and grains and I’d really struggle.
