When people talk about egg nog, do they usually mean the alcoholic or non-alcoholic kind? The last time I had egg nog was when I was a child, and obviously that had no alcohol in it.

I have been known to drink eggnog with rum before but anymore I just drink it without alcohol…just as good…!! @anon1517417

i think most people mean the kind from the grocery store. I thought about the other just to have a small bottle.

I usually buy some, non alcoholic of course. It’s delicious, but so fattening!

I started already. I’m on my second half-gallon in two weeks. Paradoxly, I weighed myself this morning and I’ve lost 6 lbs since last month.

Is there such a thing as an egg nog diet?
