I have been doing a lot better thank you :slightly_smiling_face: . I have started studying again and will be starting a new job soon. I thought I would never work again when I got ill!

Yeah I still feel down/struggle a lot too. My boyfriend wants me to see mental health services again but I am scared.

That I won’t meet their requirements for treatment… either i’m to complex for some places but not extreme enough for the others.

Yeah, I get that. The sz diagnosis, even if totally controlled, gets you blacklisted from a lot of common services. I’m sorry.
